Thanks to our Testing Centre and our many years of experience as hose assemblers, we can support you with your quality developments. Do you need quality tests from the field or would you like to receive reliable test results before the product launch? Talk to us! Our modern and highly dynamic test centre offers you a cost-saving alternative to purchasing a machine. Our experienced test technicians carry out your tests according to individual specifications and requirements. Your data and test results will of course be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We test hose components and couplings in accordance with current standards and also according to your individual requirements. • DIN EN ISO 6803 (static impulse testing) • DIN EN ISO 6605 • SAEJ343 • DIN EN ISO 6802 (movement / rotation) • DIN EN ISO 6772 (Peak curve) • DIN EN ISO 8032* (with limitations) • DIN EN ISO 4611 (Cold start program) As standard, the tests are carried out at up to 1,500 bar pulse pressure and up to 6 test specimens simultaneously. Depending on the hose type, up to 18 test specimens can be tested at the same time using multiple setups. Special requirements such as the cold start programme, the burst pressure test or tests up to 2,000 bar impulse test pressure subject the test specimens to extreme loads and round off the profile.
